Governance

The Institute is governed by a Board of Directors composed of the chairperson of the National Advisory Committee, the chairpersons of each of the regional committees, and the executive directors. The executive directors form an executive committee responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Institute.

National Advisory Committee

The National Advisory Committee oversees the Regional Committees and the Institute as a whole. Its principal function is to formulate the general policy objectives of the Institute and to coordinate the efforts of each Regional Committee.
